Changes Apparel Mfg. Ltd. is a dealer base distribution company. Our customers are dealers only. Our mission is to work with our dealers as one team to provide ultimate, satisfying and superior product solutions to customers across Canada and U.S.A. We grow business together with our dealers.
By working with dealers, Changes Apparel proudly is the supplier of 2005 National Summer Game volunteer uniforms, 2006 Torino Olympic commercial hats programs, 2007 West Summer Game volunteer uniforms, 2007 Steve Nash basketball uniforms, 2008 Beijing Olympic Canadian Equestrian Team horse blankets…. Many clubs, National, provincial and local teams wear our products provided through our dealers.
How to Become Our Dealer
To qualify as a dealer, you have to have registered company who specializes in apparel related trade, processing, decoration whole sale or retail business. Good reputation and credit history is a must. Please fill in Dealer’s Application form and send to us via fax or email.
Terms and Conditions:
- Claims and Returns
Claims for Damaged Goods: All claims for damaged goods must be made within 10 days of
receipt of the goods. We will not accept any claims after the goods have been decorated.
Return Authorization Numbers: No goods can be returned without a R.A. Number.
Returns: Returns must be shipped freight pre-paid and are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
Return goods must be received within 10 days of issuing the R.A. Number.
- Terms and Conditions:
Clients can get credit and terms only if Changes Apparel Mfg. Ltd. approves. The terms may
change due to the Economic situation or update financial status of clients.
Changes Apparel accepts most of the credit cards, as MC, Visa or American Express.
- Past Due
Past due invoices are subject to a late payment fee of 1.5% per month(18% per annum).
There is a $25.00(NET) charged on N.S.F. checks.
- Decoration
Changes Apparel can recommend or assist customers to contract associate printing
or embroidery companies to complete decoration jobs.
